Elephant
Elephant are large and big mammals of the family Elephantidae and order Probiscidea. There are three types of elephant. They are African Bush Elephant (Loxodonta Afriana), African Forest Elephant (L. Cyclotis) and Asian Elephant (Elephas Maximus).

We can see the differences on their ears, skin, head, and weight.

The elephant body is very big. Elephant has trunk to search food. Elephant also has big ears, and thick wrinkled skin.Elephant belong to category of herbivores. An adult elephant can consume 140 until 270 kg food a day. It consists 50% grass, plus leaves, twigs, roots, and fruit.
Elephant moved by walking, when elephants walk they make a big noise. They always move along with the other elephant.
The elephants have a very heavy body. The Asian Elephants can weigh about 5.400 kg, African Bush can weigh about 6000 kg, and The African Forest can be 2700 kg.
Although they have very heavy body they are a good swimmers. They can swim for 6 hours up to a distance of 50 km.
